Wausaukee Composites, Inc. to Supply Composite Wind Turbine Components to Nordex USA, Inc.

WAUSAUKEE, WISCONSIN – Wausaukee Composites, Inc. announced today that it has been selected by Nordex USA, Inc. to provide composite nacelle housings and related components for Nordex’ next generation of wind turbine models to be assembled in the United States.
Gary Langer, Vice President of Sales and Engineering for Wausaukee Composites confirmed that, "Wausaukee Composites has been selected by Nordex USA, Inc. to supply composite nacelle housings and related components for the Nordex 2.5 MW Gamma Generation of wind turbines. The Nordex N80/N90/N100 series of wind turbines are to be assembled at the recently completed Nordex manufacturing facility located in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Wausaukee Composites will be manufacturing the composite wind turbine nacelle components at our Cuba City, Wisconsin manufacturing plant, beginning in the fourth quarter of this year."
