Our product offering goes well beyond structural plastics components. We manage a broad Tier-2 sub-component vendor base, and perform design, procurement, and installation of a broad array of secondary components. Our sub-component assembly services include installation of secondary hardware and peripheral components such as hinges, brackets, gaskets, grills, circuit boards, wire harnesses, instrument panels, lighting, LED indicators, thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, structural frames, ladders, safety equipment, fans, winches, sub-component assemblies, and more.

Value-Added Assembly and Packaging
Finished components may be packaged individually, or may also be pre-assembled into subcomponents or fully assembled product configurations. The finished product will be packaged to the customer’s specifications with disposable packing materials, re-usable packaging, returnable containers, or custom-designed rack systems. For complex multi-component systems, we will work with your product engineering and operations teams to develop an optimal packaging and crating system that will help optimize the unloading and assembly procedures that take place at your facility.
