While a significant achievement, we do not view this certification as an end-point, but part of our ongoing quality control and continuous improvement effort, which has been engrained in our management team -- and more importantly, in our exceptional workforce.
Wausaukee has implemented lean manufacturing techniques, product-focused work cells, and Kanban inventory management procedures in all its facilities. Our ongoing continuous improvement initiatives have resulted in an award-winning on-time delivery record, and our scrap rates, rework and warranty claims and returns are among the lowest in the industry.
